Fascias/soffits/bargeboards

The roofline of your property is open to harsh weather conditions and after time this will rot and cause further damage to your roof felt and rafters. We are installers of “Kestral” Upvc Roofline materials, we only use solid 22mm fascia and 10mm soffits we do not use any hollow products. All fascia products come with full over fascia ventilation system.

 

We do not capp-over as this is just covering up old wood which with time will rott under the plastic and cause further damp and damage to your roof causing major problems. All old timber is taken off , we take off 2 rows of tiles and check the timber rafters if any of these are rotten these are replaced at this point . Our fascia has built in ventilation systems to help air flow in the roofline .

We also install foil wrapped coloured boards in Black Ash, Rosewood, Mahogony and Golden Oak. Boxmoor Cladding also install a choice of decorative fascias, bargeboards and trims in black and white.
